Our service.

ClaimBack.ie, a service of J.G. Carlin & Co. Limited, prepares and files PAYE tax refund claims with the Office of the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of Irish PAYE workers.

Our fees.

A €39 accountant review fee (inclusive of Irish VAT) is payable on engagement. This fee covers the initial review of your tax position and is non-refundable. Our success fee is 15% of the gross refund obtained, plus Irish VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 23%) on that amount. The €39 review fee already paid is deducted from the success fee, so no client pays both in full. Where the gross success fee is less than €39, the €39 review fee is the total fee due.

Your obligations.

To provide accurate and complete information, to authorise us through Revenue’s agent-link system, and to complete the anti-money-laundering verification required by Irish law.

Regulation.

J.G. Carlin & Co. Limited is regulated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and carries professional indemnity insurance.
